Location Information
Please confirm the meeting location with a Whale Tale representative. We will usually coordinate to meet you close to the boat and not our Webster Street office.

Gratuity Policy
Gratuities for captains and instructors are not included in fees nor are they a requirement, though an appropriate and very appreciated gesture. A 15-20% gratuity based on the total cost of the lesson or charter will make your captain/instructor feel very appreciated and valued.
Cancellation
Confirmed bookings must be rescheduled or canceled at least 10 days before the scheduled date. We will make our best effort to re-book the vessel and/or the captain/instructor. A $100 processing fee will be charged.
If you cancel within 10 days and we are unable to re-book the boat and/or instructor, we will be unable to provide a refund or rebook your activity. Dynamic weather is inherent to our geography. Neither classes nor charters will be canceled unless the weather is considered dangerous. If we cancel your lesson for unforeseen weather or other circumstances, we will issue a refund.
