We are grateful for any gesture of generosity you are able to provide.
Gratuities are not included in the boat or service prices and tipping is entirely at your discretion. Tips are a substantial portion of the compensation for the captains and crew. Gratuities are an expression of your satisfaction with the service and experience provided. In addition to your time on the water, much is done to prepare your vessel before your outing, and to return it to ready status, on your behalf for the next use (usually 1 hour before and 1 hour after your session.)
While not compulsory, consider a guideline of approximately $15-25 per guest for a 4 hour experience, or a total of roughly 10-20% of the total value of the experience, eg the cost of the vessel and captain/crew charges.
Gratuities are split evenly between captain and crew, unless you specify otherwise.
